James Scott | Director of Operations
Born and raised in Nacogdoches, TX , James attended Texas Southern University where he played football and ran track & field. He was named Student of the Year in 1996, and continues that legacy through coaching and mentoring youth through Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He has a BBA in Finance and also works as an Accountant at MD Anderson Cancer Center (21 years). Married to Dawn for 21 years, they are proud parents to 3 daughters, Haille, Ashlin, & Krystin.

Wilmer orta | Director of finance
Wilmer graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has over ten years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He enjoys using his knowledge and skills to support the local church, and strives to dedicate his entire career to help expand the Kingdom of God. Born in El Salvador and raised in Katy, TX since the age of nine. Today, he enjoys binge watching new series’ with his wife, and a good game of chess with his brother.

Fede is an accomplished musician, composer, arranger and producer who has shared the stage with many famous gospel artists such as Alvaro Lopez, Ron Kenoly, Dante Gebel, Gerry Marquez, Kristy Motta, and many, many more. Through his extensive experiences, he has acquired technical expertise in mixing, mastering, multimedia, livestreaming, and management all of which are integral to the multifaceted operation of Kingdom City Houston.
